Before & After: Patio Remodel
So my little patio has been an embarrassing eyesore for...a long time. "Remodeling" it was our second weekend project. Here's the before:
And here's the almost after, since we're not quite done. We have some hanging baskets to put up, and we're also going to look for a cute little loveseat or bench to go underneath the metal art piece.

Ho.Ly.COW. The difference is astounding! It really does look like some fancy after shot on one of the HGTV shows. You guys did a GREAT job! I love the splashes of color and the rug and everything. Makes me want to sit out there with a mint julep.
Yay, us too! We still have a couple of more small plants we want to get, and as I mentioned we still plan to find a little loveseat or bench and hang a couple of baskets from these really cool hooks we found at Lowe's. The little solar lanterns look fantastic at night, too. It makes the living room seem beigger, as well, since your eyes are now drawn outside. We're very pleased with how it's all coming together.
LOOOOOOOOOOVE the patio. Wow--you guys should have your own home show. Invite us when you make the juleps.
